  • Drills and fills the spacer frame cavities of the two longest sides with desiccant then closes the opening with butyl plug. This is carried out by 2 multifunction heads with automatic recognition of every size and width of spacer bar.
    To fill 4 sides of the spacer frame simply turn through 90 degrees.
    Suited also for shaped frames. Very short cycle times due to simultaneous filling heads.
    Max frame size 3500 x 2500 mm.
    Can cope with steel or aluminium spacer bar.
